About the Role
The Maintenance Technician II is an intermediate-level maintenance professional responsible for performing a wide range of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks across the community. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the quality, safety, and functionality of apartment homes and common areas while delivering a high level of service to residents. Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, this position is ideal for a skilled technician who can independently diagnose and resolve maintenance issues while
