Dealpath is hiring a Manager, Customer Success to lead a growing team of Customer Success Managers and own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customer relationships spanning institutional investors, asset managers, and real estate operators, including firms like Blackstone, Nuveen, and CBRE IM. If you've built a career in proptech, commercial real estate, or financial services SaaS, this is a room you already know how to work in.
You will coach a team that owns renewals and account growth for firms managing billions in real estate assets, and you will build the processes and metrics that let Customer Success scale as Dealpath grows.
This is a people leadership role for someone who wants to build a team, not just carry a book. You will spend your time coaching CSMs through complex renewal conversations, partnering cross functionally to remove blockers, and shaping how the function operates as it scales.
