Senior Cost Manager – OFCI / Long-Lead Equipment to lead cost management for Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment and major owner-direct procurement packages across hyperscale data center construction programs. This client-facing Owner's Representative role is responsible for maintaining a transparent, accurate, and auditable equipment cost position that integrates into the overall campus cost report while ensuring financial discipline throughout the procurement lifecycle.
