Position Overview
Digi Security Systems is seeking an experienced
Field Engineer to join our operations in the Dallas, TX area. Field Engineers, known internally as Elite Resource Technicians (ERGs), are the most technically advanced service providers at Digi. This is not a standard installation or service role. ERGs are called in when a system, an integration, or a partner's environment requires expertise beyond what a general technician can provide.
They are expected to diagnose root causes others miss, engineer solutions where no standard playbook exists, and represent Digi's technical credibility directly to partners.
This individual must have an expert-level background in Access Control, CCTV, and Burglar/Intrusion Alarm systems, and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the commercial security systems field.
