Dynamis, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to serve as the driving force behind performance and accountability on this critical USMS Blanket Purchase Agreement. As the Contractor's authorized representative and single point of contact for all technical and administrative matters, the Contract Manager will own the full spectrum of contract execution — from staffing and quality assurance to risk management and day-to-day operations — ensuring every requirement is delivered on time, on target, and to the standard USMS
expects. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership: a seasoned Federal program manager who gets ahead of problems before they become issues, keeps operations running without interruption, and builds the kind of consistent, high-quality delivery that turns a single task order into a lasting partnership across the full scope of the BPA.
