Position Overview:
A highly skilled UPS Field Engineer is needed to apply an in-depth knowledge of UPS start-up, testing, and operations. This role involves commissioning, maintenance, and emergency support for power electronics at customer sites, primarily in the Las Vegas, Nevada region.
Key Responsibilities:
- •Conducts commissioning-focused design reviews, prepares test procedures and reports, and oversees on-site testing.
- •Performs preventive maintenance, emergency response, equipment start-up, and field modifications.
- •Coordinates with technical support to resolve maintenance or operational issues.
- •Assists in developing Methods of Procedures (MOPs).
- •Reports to a supervisor for any unusual issues or developments.
