This is an exciting role an innovative, high-growth defense technology company. We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Test Engineer, Electromagnetic Laboratory to oversee our multi-client testing facility. In this role, you will develop and own technical lab operations from the ground up, mentor a small team of motivated test engineers, and serve as the primary engineering consultant for our aerospace, defense, and commercial clients. You will lead test execution for RF, Antenna Over-the-Air (OTA), and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing, helping clients troubleshoot failures in real time.
