Employer job description
From Clera's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
About the Role
This is a hands-on growth and marketing role at an early-stage AI recruitment platform, sitting at the center of the company's go-to-market engine. You will own the full growth function, spanning outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events, and be directly accountable for measurable outcomes that drive the business forward.
What You'll Do
- Own growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events, delivering measurable results on each channel.
- Treat every channel as a scientific process: formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, track metrics, and iterate continuously.
- Plan, execute, and optimize cold email outbound programs, including full deliverability management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).
