LAYIQ - (USA) Manager, Facility Services at Walmart

Proven experience managing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance operations.
Strong ability to evaluate facility needs, equipment efficiency, and energy reduction strategies.
Expertise in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs and standard operating procedures.
Demonstrated skills in project management, including prioritizing work, supervising teams, and ensuring timely completion.
Experience managing budgets, approving expenditures, and evaluating return on investment for facility projects.
Knowledge of compliance with federal, state, and local industry regulations and safety standards.
Ability to lead, mentor, and develop associates while fostering a collaborative work environment.
