This may include regular weekly and monthly reporting, metric trending, data mining and development of business cases, and associated benefits. Additionally, assists with ad hoc analyses and support of other projects and departments as requested.

Job Responsibility
Analytics and Reporting (50%)
- Leverages multiple internal systems to perform detailed analyses, identify trends or expectations, and support issue resolution.
- Designs, maintains, and manages reporting scorecards that track operations metrics, task management performance, and communication tool adoption for leadership review.
