About Tech at Bloom & Wild Group 🌸
We're Europe's largest direct-to-consumer flower and gifting business: home to Bloom & Wild, bloomon and Bergamotte. Our 65+ person Tech team builds the software that powers our e-commerce, production and fulfilment: five cross-functional Product Engineering squads, backed by Developer Experience, Domain Engineering, Data and IT.
The Role: As Head of Developer Experience, you'll lead the team that owns our “paved road” and internal developer platform. This role is one of the most leveraged roles in our tech org, because everything you do multiplies across every squad. You'll split your time roughly between:
Platform Strategy:
owning the DevEx roadmap and our internal developer platform as a product.
AI-Native Transformation:
leading on our DevEx AI roadmap and driving AI enablement across Product & Technology.
