We’re looking for a driven individual who is passionate about helping others to become our next Front Office Associate!
As a Front Office Associate, you are the customer’s first point of contact, both over the phone and in-person. Your passion for providing outstanding customer service directly contributes to the high level of customer satisfaction that Miracle-Ear is known for.
Individuals with experience in office administration or customer service as a front desk receptionist, clinic coordinator, medical receptionist, or front desk agent, would be a good fit for this role. We’re seeking individuals who would have a positive impact on our customers and possess the organizational and technical skills to complete administrative tasks.
