We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support multiple Directors within AWS Global Sales (AGS) North America (NAMER), one of the largest and fastest growing sales organizations at Amazon. AGS NAMER operates with an industry and segment focused go to market approach spanning various industries.
As a Senior HRBP, you will partner directly with senior sales leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and workforce planning in a market where GenAI and cloud computing talent is in high demand. You will operate at the intersection of commercial and technical domains, supporting a diverse sales and technical workforce navigating rapid business transformation, evolving go to market models, and accelerating customer adoption of cloud and AI services.
