Summary
Under the direct supervision of the AGM of Business Administration, the Controller will assist in the development and implementation of company goals and priorities relating to financial management, budgeting, accounting, purchasing, and/or payroll in compliance with State and Federal law, and Legends Global policies and procedures.
Major Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists in the development and implementation of company goals and priorities relating to financial management, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, general accounting, purchasing, and/or payroll in compliance with State and Federal law, and Legends Global policies and procedures
Monitors Legends Global compliance with all provisions of the company’s management contract
Manage internal controls, risk management and financial systems to improve accuracy and prevent fraud.
