Nursing Care With the Opportunity to Know the People Behind the Care
The Arc of Ocean County is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Residential Services nursing team in Brick, New Jersey.
This full-time position offers a different kind of nursing environment. You'll provide clinical care and healthcare coordination for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while working closely with our nursing and residential teams.
Rather than focusing only on a diagnosis or a single episode of care, you'll have the opportunity to become familiar with the individuals you support—their health needs, routines, preferences, and goals—and contribute to their continued health and well-being within their homes.
As an LPN with The Arc of Ocean County, you'll provide nursing support across our residential programs while collaborating with agency nursing staff, residential leadership, direct support professionals, physicians, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.

Nursing in a Different Kind of Environment
At The Arc of Ocean County, nursing takes place where the individuals we support live their everyday lives.
You'll have the opportunity to build familiarity with the people receiving services and understand their healthcare needs within the larger context of their routines, preferences, independence, and quality of life.
This environment allows you to combine your clinical skills with long-term relationships, healthcare coordination, advocacy, and person-centered support.
