Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Project Management First Line Manager to join our Commercial Modifications team in Victorville, CA .
The MRO Scheduling, Planning & Customer Prioritization Project Manager Reports to the Operations Site Leader and will work closely with: Production Control, Shops, Supply Chain, Engineering, Customer Account Management.
Job Overview: The Project Manager is the front-line owner of scheduling, work planning, and customer prioritization for assigned aircraft, components, or work packages moving through the MRO. This role translates customer commitments and shop capacity into a workable, day-to-day schedule — sequencing work, resolving conflicts between competing priorities, and keeping customers and internal stakeholders aligned on status, changes, and risks.
