LAYIQ - Quality Assurance Engineer, Sr at Curtiss Wright

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
6 - 10+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance or compliance roles-
Demonstrated success designing and maintaining quality systems in manufacturing environments
Deep expertise in quality standards, root-cause analysis, CAPA processes, and documentation practices
Strong knowledge of regulatory and industry frameworks
Proven ability to lead audits, resolve nonconformances, and develop effective inspection methods
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management skills with strong attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and customer interactions
Experience thriving in a fast-paced, regulated environment with competing priorities
Commitment to mentoring, continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of quality and compliance
Must be a U.S. Person
