The Opportunity

As an Executive Director, Application Development – MIAM (Member Identity & Access Management), you will lead the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of enterprise application development across multiple business domains. This executive leadership role will own the Identify provider and associate authentication, authorization, member identity, privileged access and related lifecycle capabilities supporting critical digital and enterprise experiences across mobile, web, contact center and emerging channels.

This executive role will establish identity as strategic platform, enabling secure and seamless access across digital channels, applications, APIs and partners across Business, CISO, Risk, Join, Product Acquisition, Fincrime and Services.

You will provide leadership to multiple application development teams supporting critical lines of business and enterprise functions, driving innovation, scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement across the technology landscape. Partnering closely with business stakeholders, you will translate strategic and operational priorities into technology solutions that enhance business performance, customer experience, and organizational effectiveness.

The role is accountable for establishing and advancing engineering best practices, technology standards, governance, and development methodologies across the organization. You will champion a culture of technical excellence, risk awareness, and accountability while ensuring adherence to Information Technology General Controls (ITGCs), regulatory requirements, security standards, and enterprise policies.
