Death is our only foe.
Immortals was founded by Bryan Johnson and Kate Tolo to build a new standard for human health and longevity.
We’re building Autonomous Health: a system that uses measurement, scientific evidence, and personalization to help people understand their bodies and make better decisions about their health. What began with Bryan becoming the most measured person in history is becoming a platform for everyone.
Immortals brings together biomarkers, longevity medicine, nutrition, prescriptions, wearables, and personalized protocols in one place, turning health data into clear, actionable decisions.
We’re a small, ambitious team building what we believe will become the new operating system for human health. We move quickly, think from first principles, care deeply about the quality of our work, and hold ourselves to an unusually high standard.
Our mission is simple: help billions of people live healthier lives for longer, and ultimately, Don’t Die.
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Digital Product Manager to own the shopping experience on Immortals.com. You’ll lead the storefront roadmap, improve conversion across the customer journey, and drive our migration to a headless Shopify setup.
This role combines product strategy with hands-on execution. You’ll turn customer insights and performance data into better shopping experiences, partnering closely with backend engineers, frontend developers, design, and marketing to deliver measurable results.
Storefront strategy and optimization
Own the storefront product roadmap, prioritizing improvements based on customer needs, business impact, and engineering effort.
Improve navigation, search, product discovery, collection pages, product detail pages, cart, and the path to checkout.
Identify and resolve friction across desktop and mobile shopping experiences.
Balance conversion goals with site speed, usability, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.
Headless Shopify migration
Lead the product side of our migration to a headless Shopify storefront, from requirements and planning through launch and ongoing optimization.
Partner with technical leads to evaluate implementation options, define scope, and manage dependencies across the frontend, backend, and third-party services.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate testing and launch readiness, including analytics, merchandising workflows, SEO continuity, and critical purchase flows.
Conversion and experimentation
Own conversion funnel analysis, identifying where shoppers drop off and prioritizing opportunities to improve performance.
Build and manage an experimentation roadmap covering A/B tests, landing pages, merchandising, and shopping flows.
Establish clear success metrics for releases and experiments, and use results to inform the next iteration.
Partner with analytics and engineering to ensure customer behavior and conversion events are tracked accurately.
Paid traffic performance
Partner with growth and paid media teams to improve the onsite experience for paid traffic.
Optimize campaign landing pages, message consistency, and the journey from ad click to purchase.
Analyze performance by channel, audience, device, and landing page to uncover opportunities to improve conversion and acquisition efficiency.
Cross-functional delivery
Work closely with backend engineers and frontend developers to scope, sequence, and ship improvements.
Collaborate with design, marketing, merchandising, and operations to align priorities and requirements.
Manage the product backlog, communicate tradeoffs, and keep stakeholders informed of progress and results.
Own product quality through clear acceptance criteria, hands-on QA, and post-launch monitoring.
A clear, prioritized storefront roadmap tied to customer needs and business outcomes.
A well-executed headless Shopify migration with reliable shopping flows and measurement.
Measurable improvements in conversion rate, revenue per session, and funnel completion.
More effective landing pages and shopping journeys for paid traffic.
A consistent rhythm of experimentation, delivery, and learning across product, engineering, and marketing.
