iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.
iFIT is building its next generation subscription product, and VP, Subscription Product is the leader who sets its direction. You own the product vision, the differentiation thesis, and the AI and personalization philosophy.
You report to the Chief Subscription Officer. You partner with the CSO on where the vision product roadmap. You work as a peer with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Retention, Content, and Analytics leaders, who operate as first class members of the model.
Product vision and differentiation.
Set and defend the product vision, the member experience vision, and the defensibility thesis. Make the final call on the AI and personalization philosophy.
Product prioritization/Roadmap.
Set the quarterly percentage split across Core, Growth, and Partner work with the CSO investment lens and Engineering capacity reality. Set the platform and tech debt percentage, which Engineering defines and spends.
Product strategy.
Decide product strategy across domains and review domain roadmaps, PRDs, and the single backlog (one queue, three lanes) for coherence.
Monetization innovation.
Own the concept pipeline for new revenue ideas. Build the business case, make a clear recommendation, and drive the CSO to a decision on pricing, plans, packaging, and investment.
Innovation pipeline.
Own future state concepts and the innovation pipeline, in consultation with Design, Engineering, and Analytics.
Product leadership.
Lead and develop the Core Product Leader, Growth Product Leader, and Partner Product Leader. Hold each accountable for outcomes: engagement for Core, funnel for Growth, and partner experiences for Partner.
