We are seeking a Contracts Specialist to support the commercial and contractual administration of construction projects. This role focuses on disciplined documentation, contract compliance tracking, and change management support, working closely with field teams, Project Management, Project Controls, and Contracts/Legal partners.
The Contract Coordinator plays a key supporting role in maintaining project records, tracking contractual obligations, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation of changes, correspondence, and project events. The position is designed as a developmental role for professionals building a career in contract administration, commercial management, or project leadership, offering hands-on exposure to construction contracts and project execution.
