Senior Sales Operations Manager, EMEA Central

What You Can Expect

In this role, you will work as a trusted embedded partner to Sales Segment leaders, helping shape how Zoom's sales organization operates and grows. You will bring analytical depth and strategic thinking to some of the most complex challenges in our go-to-market motion, from quota and territory planning to pipeline health and executive reporting. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable designing a KPI framework and presenting findings to a leadership audience.

This role is ideally based in Germany and fluent in German is required

About the Team

Our Sales Operations team partners closely with Sales leadership, Finance, Marketing, and GTM Insights to keep Zoom's go-to-market engine running efficiently and intelligently. We are a cross-functional team that values precision, clear thinking, and a bias toward action. Our work directly influences how Zoom grows and how effectively our sales teams can do their best work.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate complex business problems, design and implement actionable recommendations, and track success metrics across your assigned sales segment
• Partner with the Go-to-Market Insights team to quantify market opportunity and translate findings into recommendations on sales resource and quota planning
• Define, manage, and deliver insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) across direct, indirect, SMB, and Enterprise selling segments
• Develop expertise in Sales Segmentation definitions, Booking Policy, and Global Rules of Engagement, including supporting resolution of policy questions and assessing the impact of privacy and security considerations on the business
• Co-lead executive analyses, strategies, and deliverables including QBRs and executive presentations; synthesize complex data into clear, concise recommendations for senior audiences
• Leverage Zoom's sales technology stack to deliver regular reporting to sales leadership and executive stakeholders on activities, product performance, and pipeline health
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes, automate key workflows, and drive improvements in sales productivity and velocity
• Deliver a connected planning environment across quota management, territory management, pipeline management, forecasting, and GTM planning in collaboration with Finance, Marketing, HR, and Sales Support teams
• Partner with Sales Enablement and internal systems teams on scoping, requirements definition, and implementation of tools and processes that support rep effectiveness and reduce ramp time

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or Business Operations in a global SaaS or high-growth B2B environment, with familiarity across multi-product and technical sales models
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.com, Google Workspace, and Excel; comfortable adopting and optimizing other sales technology platforms and CRM tools
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior and C-level stakeholders and translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations for executive audiences
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with a proven track record managing KPI frameworks, forecasting processes, and quota and territory planning at scale
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and managing multiple initiatives with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Outcomes-oriented with a consistent record of improving sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue program performance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Fluent in German

Minimum:

€71,000.00


Maximum:

€124,300.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
