LAYIQ - International Diamond & Jewelery Business Developer at Brink's

Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across global Diamond & Jewelry markets.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through opportunity qualification, commercial negotiation, contract execution, and post-win handover.
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, trade shows, and industry engagement.
Develop strategic growth plans for target customers, market segments, and geographic regions. Support strategic account development plans for multinational and high-value customers.
Generate revenue opportunities in collaboration with country, regional, and global commercial teams.
Identify and develop new international trade lanes and cross-border business opportunities.
Support the launch of new services and market expansion initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers, industry associations, strategic partners, and key decision-makers.
Coordinate business development activities with Brink’s affiliates and international partners to drive global opportunities. Develop strong relationships with affiliate commercial teams to identify and convert multinational opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging risks.
Monitor industry, regulatory, customs, and trade developments impacting the Diamond & Jewelry sector.
Manage opportunities from lead generation through qualification, proposal development, and commercial handover.
Support customer presentations, solution design, pricing discussions, and business case development.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, and sales forecasts.
Contribute to the execution of the global D&J commercial strategy and annual growth plans.
Identify strategic partnerships, service enhancements, and innovation opportunities that strengthen Brink’s market position.
Collaborate with operations, customer service, compliance, finance, and country teams to deliver commercially viable customer solutions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate effectively with country management teams, operations, customer service, finance, marketing, and compliance functions.
Build strong working relationships with global affiliates and international business partners.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across D&J markets.
Support organizational initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination.
Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes.
Provide market expertise and commercial guidance to country management, operational teams, and global D&J stakeholders.
Work independently while maintaining close alignment with the International D&J Sales Manager on strategic accounts, pricing, and key business opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Extensive Experience within the Turkish Diamond and Jewelry sector is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, key account management, international sales, or commercial roles.
Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities.
Experience working with multinational customers and international stakeholders.
Strong analytical and market research capabilities and understanding of international Diamond & Jewelry trade flows in key markets.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across multiple regions and cultures.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Evidence of commercial achievements.
Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and potentially internationally as required.
