LAYIQ - Facilities Electrician at Lee Company

Experience working in a large or complex commercial or industrial facility.
Experience with medium-voltage distribution systems.
Experience with emergency generators, automatic transfer switches, UPS systems, motor control centers, variable-frequency drives, lighting-control systems, or building automation systems.
NFPA 70E electrical-safety training.
OSHA 10- or OSHA 30-hour certification.
Arc-flash, first aid/CPR, aerial-lift, forklift, or other applicable certifications.
Experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Skills & Abilities: Strong commercial and industrial electrical troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of electrical hazards and safe work practices.
Ability to diagnose problems logically and make sound decisions under time-sensitive conditions.
Ability to recognize conditions requiring shutdown, escalation, or emergency response.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with a multidisciplinary facilities team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to preventive maintenance, system reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Ability to provide professional service in customer-facing environments.
