Responsibilities Since 1983, Valle Vista Health System, a 132-bed facility located in Greenwood, Indiana, has been providing high-quality behavioral health care to the community. For more information, please visit us at vallevistahospital.com Position Summary: The Program Supervisor – Adult Acute oversees the adult social services department and ensures that the team is trained and empowered to deliver services to the acute patients, while also serving as a part of the interdisciplinary treatment team.
The supervisor monitors that all patients are receiving appropriate care as ordered by physician, that appropriate groups are provided and that safe discharges are occurring as required by regulatory requirements through supervision, training, and data collection/assessment. The Adult Program supervisor may take responsibility for a reduced size therapist case load as needed for pending census and staffing.
