Role summary:
The Staff, Technical Program Manager within CTS Global Governance leads complex, large-scale programs spanning multiple teams to support secure, compliant operations across Walmart. This role drives end-to-end execution, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery. The Staff TPM partners closely with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, building strong, trusted relationships that align priorities, foster collaboration, and drive shared outcomes. With governance oversight across Global Security, Threat, Computer Vision, Aviation, product recalls, cross-border trade compliance, and financial transaction integrity, the role leverages GenAI and advanced analytics to improve execution, visibility, and operational excellence.
