We are seeking an experienced

Deputy Chief Technology Officer (Deputy CTO) with a strong background in backend development to support the organization's technology leadership and software development activities. The role will focus on overseeing backend engineering initiatives, supporting technical decision-making, and contributing to the development and improvement of technology solutions.

Key Requirements

8–10 years of professional experience in software development and related technology roles.

Strong hands-on experience in backend development.

Other Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Ability to collaborate with technical teams and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Support the CTO in overseeing the organization's technology development activities.
Provide technical guidance and oversight for backend development initiatives.
Support the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems and applications.
Contribute to technical architecture decisions and the development of scalable technology solutions.
Review technical challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support the implementation of technology strategies and engineering priorities.
Contribute to improving backend development practices, system performance, and overall technical capabilities.
Collaborate with the CTO and relevant stakeholders on technology-related initiatives.
