LAYIQ - Global Opex Finance Manager at Yahoo

5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related analytical business partnering role.
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including experience building, maintaining, auditing, and improving complex financial models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large datasets and translate financial and operational metrics into actionable business insights.
Experience supporting headcount planning, personnel cost forecasting, and operating expense management within a complex, global organization.
Experience partnering directly with business leaders and influencing decisions through data-driven financial analysis and recommendations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
Experience leveraging modern analytics, automation, or AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and accelerate financial processes.
Experience building reporting solutions, dashboards, or data visualizations that improve business visibility and decision-making.
Working knowledge of enterprise planning tools such as Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase, or similar platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. MBA or Master's degree is a plus.

As the Global Opex Finance Manager, you will help drive the planning, visibility, and financial discipline needed to support Yahoo's DSP business as it continues to evolve and grow.
Your analysis, forecasting, and business partnership will directly influence resource allocation, hiring decisions, and investment priorities. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical area of finance, work closely with business leaders, and help shape the financial decisions that support the success of Yahoo's DSP organization. As the team continues to evolve, you'll also have the opportunity to help modernize how finance work gets done by leveraging AI and automation to drive greater efficiency, insight, and scale.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,750.00 - $188,750.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
