Hourly Rate: Min: $20.48 Max: $31.36 DEFINITION OF POSITION: Direct care of patients by assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility, while also monitoring vital signs, documenting care, and communicating changes in patient condition to the nursing staff. CNAs work under the supervision of nurses and are responsible for providing compassionate care and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure. Recognize the rights and responsibilities of patient confidentiality Convey empathy and compassion to both patients and coworkers. Report to primary nurse or shift charge nurse any changes in patient condition. Relate to others in a manner that creates a sense of teamwork and cooperation.
