Overview
Lutron is seeking a collaborative and results-driven
Indirect Spend Category Manager to lead the strategic sourcing and category management of IT-related goods and services, at our Corporate Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA, with a primary focus on software contracts and technology spend.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies that drive cost savings, operational efficiency, and long-term business value. You will partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, IT, Operations, Human Resources, Project Management, and other business functions to understand evolving business needs, strengthen supplier relationships, optimize procurement processes, and ensure procurement strategies align with organizational objectives.
