Mindex is looking for a Software Engineer to join our Professional Services division. You'll design, build, and support enterprise applications using Java, Spring Framework, and modern development tools, applying AI-assisted engineering practices throughout the development lifecycle. You'll work closely with customers and cross-functional team members to understand business needs and deliver reliable software solutions.
The ideal candidate is a curious, detail-oriented engineer who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with others, and growing their technical skills.
We welcome candidates from a variety of locations; however, all candidates should be open to occasional in-person participation for business meetings, team events, or collaboration opportunities. Candidates located within approximately 35 miles of Rochester, NY may be asked to work from the office more frequently based on business or team needs.
