Responsibilities
- Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a dedicated Recruiting Specialist (BD & Capture) to join our Talent Acquisition team, focused primarily on supporting our Business Development (BD) organization. As a member of the recruiting team, this position plays a critical role in partnering with BD, Capture, and Program leadership to ensure Sabre is well‑positioned with the talent needed for upcoming pursuits, proposals, recompetes, and anticipated contract awards.
- In this role, the Recruiting Specialist (BD & Capture) serves as the recruiting team’s primary liaison to BD—translating pursuit needs into staffing strategies, building targeted pipelines, and ensuring proposal teams have strong, compliant candidates ready when opportunities arise.
