Additional Information About the Role
Missouri Baptist Medical Center is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for the Outpatient Services Team. Key responsibilities include:
- Patient scheduling for the pre-anesthesia testing clinic
- Chart assembly for the Operating Room for day of surgery
- Setting up interpretive services as needed
- Coordination of office supplies
This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the outpatient services and may have some administrative responsibilities for the OR Team. Previous experience in pre-op testing scheduling or surgery scheduling is a plus!
Monday-Friday, onsite with hours of 7a-3:30p.
