Overview
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager who can navigate complex technical and organizational dependencies, establish clear success metrics, remove onboarding friction, and ensure that every 1P agent delivers a trusted, manageable, and cohesive Agent 365 experience. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for onboarding Microsoft first-party (1P) agents to Agent 365, creating a consistent, scalable path for teams to register, identify, observe, govern, and secure their agents.
You will partner across product, engineering, security, identity, compliance, and agent-platform teams to define onboarding requirements, integration patterns, readiness criteria, and reusable capabilities; translate partner and customer needs into a prioritized roadmap; and drive programs from early design through broad adoption.
Agent 365 is strategically important because it provides the foundation for Microsoft to become the trusted control plane for enterprise AI agents. As organizations deploy growing numbers of agents across products, platforms, and clouds, they need a unified way to discover, manage, secure, govern, and measure those agents throughout their lifecycle.
By bringing Microsoft’s 1P agents into a consistent management model first, Agent 365 establishes the standards, capabilities, and customer expectations required to accelerate enterprise adoption, strengthen trust in agentic AI, and extend the value of Microsoft’s security, identity, compliance, and productivity ecosystem.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
