To perform the daily tasks and responsibilities of a bacon slice entry level Team Member to include various sanitation duties.
Job Description
Duties will include Bacon Slice department responsibilities and will often assist the Sanitation department. Duties will include, but not limited to feeding pork bellies into the slicer and stacking boxes on pallets, packaging sliced bacon into boxes or packages in a bulk or vacuum package.
When assisting Sanitation - Keep all of the offices on the plant grounds cleaned and sanitized; wash hooks and combs and pallets for the processing department; keep the bacon slice lines cleaned by picking up trash and sweeping the floors; keep the freezer room organized and sanitized; clean the floors, pickup pieces off the floors, keep Derind sanitized; keep the trash/cardboard combos emptied out and supply production with empty combos; keep cotton gloves washed and supplied; clean restrooms; wash down machines and equipment as
