LAYIQ - Engineer IV - Fresh Meats Project Engineer at Tyson Foods

Education: B.S. in Engineering or equivalent engineering experience; preferably with a four-year degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
Experience: 7+ years' applicable engineering experience in the food industry; knowledge of and experience with the business processes related to beef manufacturing preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, SAP, Procore, Anaplan, experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Visio a plus.
Outstanding team player and self-starter with a passion for customer service, developing business relationships and solving complex business issues. Must have a passion for learning.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, and innovation.
This position will interact with and is expected to communicate across a range of user’s, stakeholders, and management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Travel: 50 – 75% will vary by project location and complexity.
