Position Purpose:
The Outside Sales Representative Trainee (OSRT) Program Manager is responsible for leading a cohort of OSR trainees through a best-in-class onboarding, training, and development experience. This role partners closely with merchants, store leadership, and multiple Pro business units to deliver a comprehensive training program. Through a blended approach that includes product knowledge, in-store exposure, and hands-on in-role experience, the OSR Trainee Manager prepares top outside sales talent for successful market placement.
