Expected pay for this position is $18.80 - $22.12/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
This job is located in Peoria,IL
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides clerical support to Surgical Services including but not limited to, generating and analyzing reports, scheduling and updating cases, completing patient charges, creating and maintaining surgery and procedural schedules. Ensures provision of high quality customer service and documentation of accurate information. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of patients served.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education - High School graduate or equivalent • Experience - Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience- Previous medical scheduling • Other skills/knowledge- Medical Terminology, typing skills of a minimum of 30 wpm.
