As Vice President, Employee Success Business Partners (ESBP) , you will be at the heart of Salesforce's People and AI transformation. Working hand-in-hand with executive leaders driving our people and workforce strategy, you will craft and execute a strategic people agenda that fuels innovation, scales high-impact teams, and shapes the workforce of the future.
You will lead a talented team of global ESBPs supporting our strategic Finance organization, serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives while aligning people strategy and talent initiatives with business objectives. From organizational design and leadership development to talent strategy and business transformation, you will be a key architect in enabling our teams to thrive in an era of rapid change.

The typical base salary range for this position is $212,700 - $374,400 annually. 

The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
