Are you passionate about strengthening financial controls and driving measurable improvements in how Amazon manages returns and recommerce? We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead a team of finance professionals within our Returns and Recommerce Finance organization. In this role, you will build a culture of controllership, develop financial plans and reporting that reduce waste and streamline processes, and leverage AI tools to scale your team's impact.
You will partner closely with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and regional operations leadership to improve financial rigor across the business — making this a pivotal time to join as we invest in enhanced controls and process optimization.
