This Finance Manager role supports the Outbound Global Transportation Services Team(GTS). In this role, the Finance Manager will own supporting the GTS team in the planning and reporting of key KPIs and financial impacts. The GTS team optimizes transportation assets to maximize Cost, Capacity Constraints, and Customer experience.
Given the NA Stores Senior Leadership focus on improving cost-to-serve and sustainability this role will be focused on cost reduction initiatives, granular financial planning through incorporation in input KPIs, and tracking actual performance against these initiatives and plans, while subsequently zooming out to confirm whether the expected network benefits are materializing across the NA Stores P&L.
