Assists with timely and accurate receipt and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail and packages; photocopy/printing and distribution as instructed using Toshia/Papercut (or current system). Assist with Workday Fixed Asset tags assignment and assure accuracy of shipping documents/verification of receiving receipts with open orders.
Pay: $17.26 per hour
Work hours: 5 hours per day Monday-Friday; 10am – 3pm. Occasional variance required to accommodate department vacation schedules or other staffing needs.
Essential Functions:
· Assist with preparation/delivery of outgoing and incoming mail, paper supplies, books and equipment and maintain related records. This includes all classes of mail, UPS and freight shipments.
