About the Role
As an Agent Product Manager at a company building AI software for hospitality, you will coordinate closely with customers, sales, and engineering. The role is primarily customer-facing, with a focus on understanding operational workflows, building repeatable AI agents, and turning customer needs into product improvements.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer onboarding, refinement, optimization, and business review calls to support retention and growth.
- Build and deploy AI agents for customer workflows, using AI coding assistants to scope and prototype solutions.
- Identify shared customer needs and translate them into prioritized feature requests for engineering.
- Partner with engineering to resolve blockers and define new agent capabilities.
- Automate routine work and improve the efficiency of customer-facing processes.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, operations, or a customer-facing technical role delivering customer solutions.
- Hands-on experience building automations or workflows with scripting, RPA, no-code tools, or similar approaches.
- Ability to scope technical requirements and turn customer needs into implementable specifications.
- Experience managing customer relationships and leading calls for onboarding, support, or business reviews.
- Comfort using AI coding assistants to prototype or build solutions, and prioritizing automation versus engineering work across customer requests.
- Experience with non-technical customers is valuable; hospitality, travel, customer service, or workflow automation platform experience is a plus.
