What You'll Do

- Lead deployments and build integrations with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and common authentication patterns.
- Write and test glue code and features, with appropriate monitoring and logging.
- Debug production issues across calls, workflows, and data, and deliver timely fixes.
- Create reusable deployment templates and playbooks to improve consistency and scale.
- Share recurring customer pain points and product recommendations with internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of practical experience translating customer requirements into production implementations.
- Production experience with LLM applications, including prompting, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, and failure modes.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, OAuth or API keys, and third-party integrations.
- Strong coding skills for implementation, testing, monitoring, and logging, plus cloud deployment and observability fundamentals.
- German proficiency at B2 level or above. Exceptional candidates without German proficiency may also be considered.
