Role Purpose
You will help bring the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games to communities across Southern California and the country. As Senior Associate, Live Sites and Venue Experiences, you manage the review, contracting, and planning process for community-hosted events, and lead teams across LA28 in creating clear guides on how those events run and use LA28 assets.
You coordinate marketing materials, manage project logistics and timelines, and represent Live Sites and Venue Experiences in cross-department planning, keeping every partner aligned on what happens, where, and when.
