What You’ll Do
- NetDocuments is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to help shape the next generation of our document management platform. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who brings deep expertise building production-grade full stack applications and a strong track record of leading technical direction within their team.
- You’ll operate as a hands-on technical leader, helping drive the architecture and delivery of scalable, event-driven systems across React, TypeScript, Node.js, C#/.NET, and AWS. You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, Platform Services, and engineering leadership to solve complex technical challenges, integrate emerging technologies including AI-powered services, and ensure our platform continues to scale with the performance, reliability, and security our customers expect.
Compensation
Compensation Transparency
The compensation range for this position is $170,000–$190,000.
The posted cash compensation includes on-target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
