- Junior Footwear Designer & Product Developer
- Based: West Hollywood office, 5 days a week
- Reports to: Co-Founder & Creative Director
- Salary Scale: $70k–$100k
You will work side by side with our Creative Director to bring every Naked Wolfe collection to life: sketching and CAD-ing the vision, then chasing every sample until it is finished on time and exactly to brief.
Responsibilities
- Hand-sketch and CAD footwear designs from the Creative Director's direction, with accurate technical drawings and spec sheets
- Build and update tech packs: construction, materials, colourways, sole and heel details, measurements
- Research trends, competitors and the wider market, sharing regular trend and shop reports
- Own the collection critical path and flag risks to deadlines early
