About the job
In this role, you will lead strategy development and execution with executive leadership for gTech Users and Products (gUP), one of Google’s largest operating teams, which is responsible for providing customer care and technical support for nearly all Google products.
You will have an opportunity to shape how Google launches products, how we provide support, how we drive efficiencies across a global operations team, develop scalable processes, onboard new partners, resolve top user issues, and how we provide technical implementation services to some of Google's most strategic partners. You will stay focused on driving the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations through organizational design, long-term planning, and management support.
