Job Summary
The Dispatch Work Coordinator will be responsible for reconciliation of NiSource initiatives supported by the IC and related to various regulatory, compliance, and company requirements that must be met in relation to job order creation, customer satisfaction, scheduling, and contractor management.
Essential Functions
Works with IC Leadership to enhance IC related processes in order to better support our internal business and field partners.
Develops, runs, and analyzes reports regarding performance measures, trackers, IC regulatory initiatives, etc.
Develops and utilizes databases and spreadsheets to track key IC projects
Designs, codes, tests, and documents all new or modified IC systems, processes, and programs
Reviews current processes and initiatives in order to gain efficiencies where possible.
Advanced understanding of day-to-day cross functional utility operations, including Meter to Cash, Field Operations, Engineering, Customer Call Centers, Integration Center activities, etc.

Compensation
$54,000.00 - $75,500.00
*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience , as well as internal pay equity .
