Overview:
The IT Support Specialist (Junior) will provide hands-on desktop and end-user support for Hypori, Inc. employees, keeping laptops, accounts, peripherals, and office technology running smoothly. Working onsite in our Austin office under the direction of the IT System Administrator, this role resolves day-to-day technical issues and assists with routine administration of our corporate IT systems.
